ClipSync ("we," "us," or "our") provides a lightweight software platform for gamers to sync, share, and manage gameplay clips via cloud storage and sharing links (the "Services"). Our Services include the ClipSync desktop application, website (clipsync.com or any successor URL), and related features such as fading clips that expire after 48 hours unless saved permanently. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date above, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
You may use the Services only if you meet the minimum age requirements. If you are under 18 years old (or the legal age of adulthood in your country), your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the Services and are legally and financially liable for all actions taken by the minor.
You represent that you are not under 13 years old, as use by anyone under 13 is strictly prohibited. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental permission and supervision.
You may not use the Services if you are prohibited by applicable law or if your account has been previously suspended or terminated by us.
You can use some features of the Services without an account, but creating an account provides access to additional features like cloud syncing, sharing links, and managing fading clips.
To create an account, you may register with an email address. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
We recommend using a strong password (at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and symbols) and not reusing it for other services. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse access to any account for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or other misconduct.
The Services allow you to sync gameplay clips from your preferred clipping software to the cloud, share them via links, and manage storage with features like automatic expiration (fading clips after 48 hours) or permanent saving. You can also choose to delete local files after syncing.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
You retain ownership of any gameplay clips, videos, or other content you upload or sync ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, distribute, display, and use your User Content to provide the Services (e.g., sharing via links, cloud storage).
You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. We are not responsible for User Content, but we may review, remove, or disable access to it if it violates these Terms or applicable law.
Fading clips will automatically expire after 48 hours unless you choose to save them permanently. Expired clips may be deleted from our servers and are not recoverable.

The Services, including software, logos, designs, and features, are owned by ClipSync or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our express permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or other reasons. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, and we may delete your User Content.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.
The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that User Content will be preserved indefinitely.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, including expired fading clips, or for third-party content linked through the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClipSync, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ClipSync.
